  • Competed in the 2000, 2004 & 2008 Olympics – Finished 3rd, 4th and 4th respectively.
  • First Canadian rower, who as a mother competed at the 2008 Olympic Games.
  • 1997, 1998, 1999 & 2003 World Rowing Championship Medalist.
  • 1997 & 1998 Canadian University Rowing Championship Gold Medalist with University of Victoria.
  • 1998 and 1999 University of Victoria Athlete of the Year Award.
  • 1996, 1997 & 2002 Royal Canadian Henley Regatta Champion.
  • 1997 and 2000 St. Catharines Athlete of the Year Award.
  • Competed at the 1995 Jr World Rowing Championships – finished in 4th place.
  • 1994 & 1995 Canadian Secondary Schools Rowing Association Champion with Holy Cross Secondary School.

    • Bronze medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in the eights event
    • Bronze medallist at the 1998, 1999 and 2003 world championships at Milan, St. Catharines and Cologne respectively.
    • Silver medallist in the eights at the 1997 world championships in Lac d’Aiguebellette, France.
    • 2004 Summer Olympics – fourth place finish in the coxless pair.
    • Finished in fourth place at the 2008 Summer Olympics in the women’s eight.
