  • 1995 Jr A Defensive Player of Year for the Ontario Lacrosse League.
  • 1997 National Lacrosse League Champion, Rochester Knighthawks.
  • 1998 Mann Cup Champion competing with the Brampton Excelsiors.
  • 2003 Presidents Cup Champion as a part of the Kitchener Kodiaks.
  • 2007 – Indoor Lacrosse Champion competing as a part of Team Canada.
  • 2008 – National Lacrosse League Champion and Buffalo Bandits Assistant Captain.
  • 2011 – National Lacrosse League Defensive Player of the League.
  • 2012 – National Lacrosse League Champion. Rochester Knighthawks Team Captain.
  • 2013 – National Lacrosse League All time record holder: 3rd in loose balls, 2nd in penalty minutes, 7th in games played and 3 time All-Star.
