Criteria For Induction

  1. Candidates must be born or raised in St. Catharines
  2. Candidates will be considered eligible if they have significant residency in St. Catharines during their sporting career
  3. Candidates must have demonstrated superior athletic performance or contribution to their sport(s)
  4. Candidates for Athlete Category must be retired from sport for a period of three years
  5. Candidates for Athlete Category must have competed on a Provincial, National or International level
  6. Candidates for Builder Category must be 50 years of age or older
  7. Candidates for Builder Category can include but not exclusive to coaches, officials, media, sponsors or administrators

If you know someone who meets the requirement for induction into the St. Catharines Sports Hall of Fame, please complete the nomination form located at the link below as a printable PDF.

Your submission will be reviewed by the nomination committee and, if accepted, you and your nominee or their family will be notified.
