  • Represented Canada in the 1996 and 2000 Olympic Games.
  • Represented Canada in the 1997, 1999 and 2001 World Championships.
  • Represented Canada in the 1995 and 1999 World University Games.
  • Represented Canada in the 1999 Pan American Games where
    he placed 4th in Long Jump.
  • Represented Canada in the 1994 and 1998 Commonwealth Games.
  • In 1996, was NCAA Long Jump Champion while attending
    the University of Texas.
  • Eight time NCAA All-American at the University of Texas.
  • First ever All-American in the same meet in the
    long, triple and high jump in 1997.
  • Was a fifteen time South West Conference Championship Medalist.
  • Was a CIS All-Canadian in 1993 while representing York University.
  • Was the CIS National Champion in Triple Jump and.
